Progressive provides construction financing utilizing the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) and the Federal Housing Administration's (FHA) many loan insurance programs.  Loans made pursuant to these programs provide for the construction of two primary property types:

• Multifamily Properties - which consist of market-rate, affordable, subsidized, and age-restricted housing; and,
• Healthcare Facilities - which consist primarily of skilled nursing, assisted living, and board and care facilities.
