Giving back

Twenty-plus year commercial real estate veteran James "Jim" Horvath founded Progressive in 2002.  After working most of his career for some of the largest financial institutions in the world and serving some of the largest names in commercial real estate... Jim had an idea.  The idea was to create a multi-service commercial real estate company that would provide "large institution" service, within a "boutique" setting; providing exceptional client service... focusing on quality of its work, as opposed to mere quantity.

Progressive differs from other multi-service companies in the degree to which it has integrated services that have traditionally—and artificially—been compartmentalized.  We have created an exceptionally capable, flexible, efficient and cost-effective organization by freely crossing the old disciplinary boundaries.
